NO CONDEMNATION

Many well-meaning Christians carry a load of guilt, shame, and defeat due to the awareness of on-going sin in their lives. They live as the condemned.
Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death.

For the past several days in pursing Paul's Romans message, we've grappled with our relationship with the law. But here we see a new law, not one based upon a code that can only confirm our failure, but a law of new life, a law of the Spirit, "the Spirit who gives life has set you free!"
We may FEEL condemned, but in Christ, "there is no condemnation." Our feelings are wrong. We are not "the condemned," but "living free." Please, put it away, set aside your load of guilt. In Christ we are forgiven, in Christ we are free from the chains of condemnation.
