REMEMBER ME

Please don't call Child & Protective Services, but many years ago, we forgot one of our kids at a store. But we did finally remember.

Then he said, "Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom."
Jesus answered him, "Truly, I tell you today you will be with me in paradise."
- Luke 23:42,43 TNIV

The repentant thief on the cross cries out for help to Jesus in their moments of death. Notice that the thief realizes that death will not be the end for Jesus. "When you come into your kingdom." And, "please remember me." Jesus tells him that not only will he not be forgotten, but he'll be with Jesus.

I have it on good authority, we will not be forgotten as well, not just in our death, but in all we do today. He IS in his kingdom, and we are NOT forgotten.
